Mistakes Happen
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes to your order once you have hit the Go button.
However please send an email that same day to our team at admin@rawgymwear.com.au and we will try and do the best we can to assist you.
If it is too late and we are unable to assist at that time, once you have received the order, please contact our team to arrange an exchange.
if the incorrect address is submitted Raw Gym wear is not liable for any loss or damage of purchased items.

Freight Nationwide
Standard Shipping: $11.95 from dispatch – estimated delivery within 2 to 6 business days.
Express Shipping: $16.95 from dispatch – estimated delivery within 1 to 3 days
International deliveries: watch this space
Ensure a safe delivery:
Please ensure to include the business name if your order is to be delivered to a business address.
Please ensure to include all relevant address details, Raw gym wear will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels if incorrect details are provided. If your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier, the associated risk of leaving the goods is your responsibility.
Delivery times:
Raw Gym Wear uses third-party delivery services, which means dispatch is subject to those third-party services which are out of our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense or other damage caused by delay in delivery.

We recommend that you Do not return any incorrect or damaged items prior to having a confirmation email from one of our team.
04. Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges:
All items (excluding swimwear and socks) can be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. We recommend that you inspect your items before returning them as we cannot accept any damaged or marked items.
Swimwear: Do not peel off the hygiene label. Any return of swimwear that has the hygiene label removed or tampered with will not be accepted and no credit given.
If there are any alternate issues with your exchange please do not hesitate to contact our team at admin@rawgymwear.com.au
Returns:
Please allow 2 weeks for your parcel to be returned to us and for our team to process your order back into stock. Once this has been actioned, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
As above Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene label has been removed or tampered with.
Raw Gym Wear will not be held liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit by an alternative courier.
Acceptance of goods and services
While all care is taken it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt for any fault or damage.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Raw Gym Wear as soon as possible.
